Our staff at Zimmermann Modern Wellness comprehend the financial challenges that patients face as they seek supportive and effective health care. As our clinic operates very differently from
conventional healthcare models, accepting insurance at this time is not a possibility. In order to effectively diagnose and treat, our practitioners require 30-75 minutes per visit with patients. Additionally, insurance limits diagnostic tools and treatments patients can receive for a specific condition. At ZMW, we strive to offer the most effective treatment protocols which are not supported by insurance companies. By opting out of insurance, we are able to provide unique and wholesome medical care to our patients.

While we do not accept insurance at our clinic, if you have out-of- network benefits with your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for office visits. Depending on your plan, you may receive a percentage of the cost of your visit back either as a reimbursement check in the mail from the insurance company (or an equivalent amount applied to your out-of-network deductible). Insurance reimbursement only applies to office visit costs as our specialty infusions and herbals are never covered under insurance. At this time, Medicare and Medicaid do not allow for reimbursement. It is the patient’s responsibility to reach out to their insurance company to determine eligibility and reimbursement rates.

To ensure all patients are comfortable in their time at our clinic, we ask all patients please refrain from wearing any: perfumes, colognes, scented body lotions, fragrances, scented laundry detergents, etc. Many of the patients coming for treatment have chemical sensitivities. In order to provide the healthiest and safest environment for our patients, we are a completely fragrance free clinic. All staff at the ZMW clinic follow the same fragrance free guidelines.
